Apple iPhone XS, XS Max pre-orders begin in India

The new Apple iPhones–iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max– is scheduled to go on sale in India starting September 28. The pre-bookings for all the variants of the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max has started. Telecom majors Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio has started accepting pre-orders of the new iPhones at Airtel and Reliance Jio websites respectively. However, you will have to pay the full amount beforehand to pre-book the desired model. There are EMI options as well. The new iPhone XS and XS Max comes in 64GB, 256GB and 512GB storage options. Both the new iPhones offer dual-SIM card support. Having said that only one physical SIM card slot is included. The second SIM is support via eSIM. Apple will roll out software support for eSIM later this year. Note that eSIM connectivity is only offered by Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel in India.The iPhone XS Max 64GB is priced at Rs 1,09,900 while the 256GB variant costs Rs 1,24,900 and the price of the 512GB is Rs 1,44,900. On the other hand, the smaller iPhone XS 64GB variant costs Rs 99,900 while the 256GB and 512GB storage variants costs Rs 1,14,900 and Rs 1, 34,900 respectively.
Bharti Airtel is offering a 5% cashback for 12 or 24 months EMI for Citi and Axis Bank credit cards. The last date for pre-orders is September 27.
